This project works to develop different ways to encourage partner support during the perinatal period in The Gambia using community music engagement. Two songs were commissioned by MLK (Martin Lyrix King) and Jaliba Kuyateh that focus on the importance of partner support during pregnancy. To help spread these songs and their message a tour was completed across four communities in The Gambia. These songs will continue to be spread through radio and television programmes.
